To those force extended and junior manned today, this is just the beginning of what is to come..
What kind of operational readiness rate does the fleet maintain? How many aircraft are in for major scheduled maintenance at any one time? With a fleet of 50 how many are actually flying at once? Knowing this should give a better picture for the qualified pilot requirements.

Wow... You would figure AAG would have some standards and goals to strive for and achieve for its three children.

I bet dayton and Dallas has metrics and performance resource utilization ratios with goals...

Honestly sby is so isolated from the rest of the world.. getting talent attracted to sby and getting rid of the dinosaurs their is a big challenge.

*OFFICIAL*

E145 street Captains starting this month. Candidates will not have to complete training/SOE as an FO. They will start systems groundschool and enter QPT as CA candidates. They will also require 90 hours of SOE/IOE.

Yay... i think.. i wonder what the pay will be in training.....

Whatever.. DEC are a bandaid.. they need a vascular surgeon right now to stop the hemorrhaging..

Several more resignations going in this week.. not mine yet.. soon i hope..

On the 13th and 14th they are going to be minus 6 captains for the flying.. that's without sick and fatigue.. they are already calling trying to make underhanded deals that aren't advertised..

More extensions and junior man's coming..

This business of them making early reports a regular practice has to stop...

I heard they upgraded to the 9600 baud modem and added another sorting board to the saw horse for "faster processing." What a time to be alive! 😉

I feel sorry for FOs at this place.

With the 90 hour requirement, they better have a lot of SOE guys in the pipeline
