Good for them. I’m all for it as long as they have the decency to be above me on the seniority list...even if they aren’t I don’t expect someone to turn down a dream job to stay.

It’s too bad the union and/ or the company don’t track where people leave to.

Major, lcc and 121 cargo..

Heck you make more money at spirit and frontier.. both have way better qol.. our schedules vs pay are really pathetic compared to what's available..

Not super true. I know a bunch of people with less than 5 years seniority here making over 100k.

Won't last forever once the staffing gets fixed. One more year of trip prems then were back to ****.

I hope more people understand that, especially when it comes to voting on the new TA.
