Lurking in the forums and making career transition to regionals. Looking for mentor/reference/referral. Don’t expect anyone to do it cold; a bit about myself;

R-ATP Eligible
U.S. Army UH-60A/L/M Pilot in Command
Air Mission Commander / Final Mission Approval Authority (extra responsibility)
950 Total Time (830 Helicopter / 120 SEL) 270 PIC
Commercial Pilot ASEL / Rotorcraft Helicopter
Instrument Airplane / Helicopter

Completing AMEL and R-ATP minimums either self-funded, GI Bill, and/or RTP; anticipating prerequisites complete this summer and available for FAR 121 ATP-CTP and ‘ground school’ this September.

Looking to start a mutually beneficial network with all willing and equally contribute.

I can’t begin to express how beneficial and informative this forum has been; thanks for all the regular ‘posters’ and I hope to share the best practices as I make the jump!

If you plan on getting your fixed wing time yourself then I would go to Endevour (I can't spell). I had a friend who went there and completed training in three months, did his 2 months of reserve and now holds a line in Atlanta. So in five months you could be building time towards upgrade and you get paid more money for any sit time. They also have the positive space option if you miss your first flight if you are a commuter. I know, I know...some people on here are gunna say "well getting paid to do nothing but travel is awesome" and "enjoy it while you can" but really 2200 dollars a month for 9 months is unacceptable, especially if you have a family.

Ofcourse, Piedmont is supposed to open a new base and getter better pay any ******* second now (yeah right). However, when it is time for you to leave the Army, Piedmont very well might be the place to go. I still think Piedmont is a good place to be but some people have kids to feed and the flow alone should not be a reason for you to come here. Hopefully, we hear some news soon on our negotiations so any future prospects like yourself can make a better decision.

Which will not and HAS not happened bc the union had a backbone. I'm serious. This is something that MK would love to have esp since he did at psa. SK would bc iut would take staffing heat off of gisbback from LH and PJ

We already have ready reserve in the existing contract, so that shipped sailed. Don’t understand why you keep beating the same dead horse.

PDT doesn't use ready rsv. Talk to your grv chairman. Ask why that is.

That's why I beat that horse. There are reasons. Don't open the box.

Looks like we added 21 more pilots to the list, bringing us to 686 pilots. Seems like were not too far off from flowing an additional pilot here in the next three months.

Looks like it was a net gain of 15 pilots, added 22 lost 7. Assuming that stays consistent, we should be flowing 6 per month after June.

Is that number from the CP page accurate? There's at least 3 different seniority lists out there, and I never know which one is THE list...
