What happened in the training department?
They will still have 3 CP to spread the workload. What they don’t need is a CP in CLT for the ROA guys, hence the PHL or SBY location. The FC is flowing and the Chief Instructor is taking his place.

Minimums are the same. 1000 sic as laid out by the feds, 2500 TT. They’ll just award you it earlier and you’ll sit and wait until you reach the same old minimums

2000 now if you have 250 hours at pdt and 1000 hours 121... that allows almost all the Roanoke dash fos to go straight to upgrade if they want and also other fos on the 145 to upgrade earlier...

Unless I'm reading this wrong..

• Possess 2000* hours total time
*500 of the 2000 must be in a turbine powered aircraft
*250 of the 2000 must be flying the line with Piedmont – which may include SOE
• Possess 1000 hours of experience that meets the requirements of FAR 121.436
• At least 23 years old with a valid First Class Medical

500 of the 2000 has to be in turbine powered aircraft.. 1000 has to be in part 121 or similar.. 250 has to be at pdt...

Otherwise it's the std 2500 hours and 1000 121.
