Also I haven't heard anything about the training department, did someone leave?

Either way, hopefully we can get another good CP. I've had good experiences thus far with EL and MS.

Yes. I'd doubt that folks are going to Atlas and somewhat doubt folks would go to JetBlue. When you run the numbers, there are few better deals than waiting for the flow. SWA, DAL, UAL, FEX, UPS are a different story.

I think the fleet Captain is finally going to flow. He’s been putting it off, but the timing makes sense. The 145 program is moving along well enough now and I think he also had a family reason for staying. I think CP Schirmann is due to flow soon too, or maybe because of growth they want to put an additional CP in place.

Yeah, MS flows in June, but his position will no longer be required. It's either EL or MK position as it says PHL CP. Possibly EL or MK promotion and PJ retiring?

So the 140s coming out of the desert have better performance numbers in LGA. They can take more passengers than the 145 in bad weather.
Also, for new hires and flow rates between PDT and Envoy it's all about outside attrition. The flow at this point is going to be about even if you look at it without attrition. However if Envoy continues to grow then the flow is capped at 25% of AAs new hire. So 800 AA NHs equals 200 Envoy flows.
It does look like the 2014-15 NHs at PDT will see the fastes flows.

I’m at Piedmont specifically because the bride doesn’t want anything to do with the NE winters, except via video and text message lol. For that reason I commute quite happily.
