And also say goodbye triple premium.
The plus side is more folks should have more time/motivation to work on their apps to get hired at the majors. Piedmont just had a FO who has zero TPIC time get picked up by a legacy. There could be more where that came from if more folks put some effort into getting hired at the majors.

It reduces staffing requirements by about 20% so be prepared to say goodbye to increasing flow #s by brining more pilots onboard to staff planes. There won’t be as much of a need because the computer can schedule every pilot to FAR 117 mins to maximize efficiency.

Hell, my buddy, former ess bee why ca can hold 787 at Yonited, (didn’t know a soul there) also a line on the 75. But preferred the 73 been there <5. The wave will probably rage for a while. But IMO if you’re not at your career job by end of 2019 you missed the wave at the apex. Someone hired today in their early 40s will retire in top 17% of AA. As it stands today. Of course a million things will happen before Early 2040. Wish you all the best who came to Pdt. Long way to go to make this the best regional, but it definitely was considered the worst 10 years ago. Lots of vacancies in important positions in the union now. It’s yours to leave it better than you found it. Thank you MB ZC and PG for all your work you did to keep this place from closing it’s doors not very long ago.

Hello everyone.
Will be getting my apps out within the next couple of months. Question about the flow. From the lurking I've done it seems that as a NH today, one would flow to AA much sooner via Piedmont vs PSA or Envoy mainly due to their larger pilot groups and Envoy's metering? Is that correct?
Also, is there a realistic possibility meeting the target for Piedmont to start flowing more than 5 per month? I was reading 6-7 depending on pilot group size?
Once on, I'll be keeping apps up to date however would like to have the flow as an insurance policy because, truth be told, I may very well need it.
Any and all information is much appreciated.
Thank You,

Piedmont is sitting about 75 pilots short of the flow increasing to 6 and 200 pilots short of it increasing to 7. Flow increasing to 6 could be possible by the end of 2018 if they increase hiring beyond classes of 20/ month. The last 6 months of 2017 hiring (approximately 90 people) only resulted in a net gain of about 15 due to attrition.
