You will have to wait about 4 months. No pay until indoc, but once you get there as others have mentioned you are paid and full flight benefits.

I’m “just completed Indoc” level new. What is PBS, and how does it relate to what we have now?

Once indoc is completed does the pay include per diems for the 75 hours, or is it just the base salary and half of the bonus?
Thanks.

Thanks.
You are only paid per diem the days you are at training (12 hours per day). You will receive $6,200 of the bonus, with the remaining paid after LOE.

It's computer based bidding that auto builds lines based on parameters bid on by pilots. It saves the company money, and we will still be flying the exact same schedules.

Unless you’re prior 121 then it’s $10,000 of the bonus and the remaining after LOE
