Do you mean from indoc to sim? Is my understanding of the pipeline correct below, or am I confused?

The delay has been due to the lack of available simulator time. As Phoenix works out it's issues, I would expect the delay to shorten. Mid year, the #2 Charlotte sim and the Atlanta sims come online. This will change the training footprint for the better.

yes, you get the minimum contract monthly pay will sitting (after you are indoc'd of course)

Enjoy the time off. it takes about 3 years of seniority to even sniff 12 days off here. Wohooo. They have got to do something about this bidding system and scheds. Its absurd.

Question: If you get an offer do you get hired right away or you have to wait until there is a class available? 3-4 months from indoc to Ground? will you get paid these 4 months?
