May or may not be this summer.. I would look for an announcement in May to coincide with ROA closing.
CLT would make most sense, makes commuters happy, would make ROA guys happier.
The whole PHX thing.... well that would be nuts to get west coast flying. We already have west coast ground handling...

Unity would be great. Unfortunately, history shows a chronic lack of unity if one perceives one can help oneself by undercutting the group. This is why they love the whipsaw so much.

Unity against concessions was attempted in 2013-2014. Unfortunately, the large subsidiary took a stand voted against concessions and had its legs shot out from under it by a small subsidiary. In consequence, much pain and suffering was endured by the large subsidiary while 2 smaller subsidiaries benefited wildly from the pain of the large subsidiary.
