I think currently we’re flowing 2011 hires. By the end of 2018-early 2019 we’ll be flowing 2014 hires.

Geezus! No I didnt Know about the Panda. Okay I’m non reving on sweet new plane for some Kung Pow meeeow! Psa leading the flow race if that’s the case. We are finishing dec 07 in February. Curious how many more sr people at Pdt go when they close Roanoke. So much for top 100 staying. It was more like 50.

Maybe with new rates some more senior will choose to stay

Its going to be interesting.. they are going to have to compete flow and pay soon.. I give it to June when sh!t hits the fan with staffing and the loss of whisky. Hold on to thy butts... plus the performance of others such as tsa, goojets, mesa, etc... as the hiring at majors sucks people up elsewhere its going to be interesting.

Someone else there said you were flowing 07 hires right now, which is around where we are. Well, I should say that's where we were. We might be going back to 80's and 90's hires in this next flow class, as we've suddenly gotta a bunch of ****ed off Dash guys clicking yes.

Just a few hires each year during that time frame. Currently flowing 2007 hires now, but only a few left. With no outside attrition at all, we will flow all of 2008-2009-2010-2011-2012 and start on 2013 hires in the next 12 months.

That’s a good question. Company should post that info to the group or union. I know some regionals do it monthly or quarterly. Attrition Was Small in 17. 20 maybe. My “guess” would be 3 every 2 months in 2018. No one leaving unless it’s for the end game job. Crazy that southwest isn’t good enough for some at this point. I wld foresee more leaving hired 15-17 who got their pic time and want to live or commute to someplace other than phl. Maybe we loose 15 or so motivated ppl in a span of 4 weeks and it trends. Company will be forced to bring filets to the table. Albeit, they will be flank steaks from corn fed stock not grain and grass. Still will help get the awful taste off everyone’s pallets who graze on these awful schedules.
