I'm looking at working for them. I have my MEI, CFI, and CFII and I don't mind all of the administrative issues that people seem to have with Aerosim. I'm cool with 80 hours per week, I'm in it for the hours over the money, and I don't mind scheduling myself or working with my student's schedules on my own.
I'm actually hoping that working for them could give me some kind of in with foreign airlines, which is my ultimate goal in aviation anyway.
The only thing that has me concerned about the school is their maintenance issues. Can any of you that have worked there enlighten me on the semi-recent Cirrus crashes? Those planes are usually SUPER reliable. But apparently there have been two? Both with engine related issues. Can any of you guys talk about the planes a bit?

Any updates on Aerosim? Anyone working for them right now have anything to say about: Hours flown per month. Student/Instructor populations. Pay. The good, the bad.
I'm tentatively looking at an October start date there.
Thanks
