I used to work at Air America. They don't hire directly into the Aztecs. I'll be happy to answer any questions

I currently fly for Air America and allds83 is correct, we don't hire directly into Aztecs. Fortunately, we just added another one to fleet (total of 5) so you could potentially get an Aztec your second season as opposed to third or so as in years past. Great company, and a great time builder if you can live out of a suitcase for 8 months.

Oh, and we only hire once a year around Aug-Sept ish.
