Per month will vary depending on where your students are at in the program. When I had 4 students working on their private I was flying about 80/month. When all of them got to instrument and I was doing a lot of sim I had a few months where I only flew 35 hours. When they were in commercial and time building I hit 110 hours a month a couple times. It'll all average out probably around 800/year though.

They take their checkride at 24 hours if they're right on pace. You can expect to fly about 19-22 of that with each student. I built 175 multi in about 4 months.
The Archers A/C is pretty decent but you won't be able to use it on takeoff and landing since the compressor is engine driven. A few of the archers don't have A/C but they won't dispatch those during the day when the temps are too hot. The seminoles have a portable A/C unit in the baggage compartment that you can use all of the time but it doesn't cool the plane down nearly as well as the ones in the Archer.
Phoenix is hot whether you're in a plane or not. You'll just have to deal with it most of the time. I would have probably still worked there even if the planes didn't have A/C. Most planes in Phoenix don't.
95% Chinese and about 5% domestic I'd say. The only foreign contracts are currently Chinese and have been for years.
As many as you think they need before you solo them. No one will push you to do it. If they're right on pace they're going to fly 35-40 hours before they solo even if they're really good. If you don't think they're good enough then you can take as long as they need. I sent 6 Chinese students solo all with differing abilities. None of them ever had an incident and I didn't feel pressured to solo any of them.

No, but there is no need to. If you want to work, they have plenty of it. I heard they are offering 7 days a week if you want it. 6 days per week is mandatory. You will build flight time, and about 1/4 of it multi if you have an MEI!

I don't regret working there because I got my time and got out. It's not a place you want to stay long term though. Also when I worked there the work week was a normal 5 day week and the pay was higher. I've heard there have been big paycuts and changes to that. For me it was worth the money. It may not be anymore.
