Time building in Atlanta
Hello everyone I have a very nice Piper Dakota that I'm looking for people to start building time in. We keep it up near KRYY and the going rate is $45/hr per person. It's IFR certified with all Garmin equipment.I'd prefer if anyone who came to also be instrument rated because the goal would be to take some long IFR cross country trips. PM if you are interested.

Not sure if everyone knows or not, but the Dakota is "high performance aircraft" so you will need the endorsement to log the time FYI. Also forgot to mention this is by the tach hour no hobbs on the airplane so you get an extra couple tenths in the logbook.
