Just saying that a lot of the instructors in that area only work there for about a year, so there is a lot of hiring going on all the time, even in bad times.
The school I'm familiar with pretty much only hires their students though

Can I know the school please? Because I'm hoping to work as a instructor there till I have the job in SriLankan Airlines and I have a little doubt. It is that can I have instructing job as a M-1 visa holder. I'll come to USA next may surely for my IR, CPL and others..

More than likely he was asking what 'XFL' meant.

I just thought I would point out that the last post on this thread was quite a while ago so may be difficult getting more detailed info. On a more promising note if you are looking for a CFI gig in FL, there are many as of more recently. I remember only 2 years ago showing up at no less than 50 different flight schools across the state of florida and NOT A ONE was hiring CFI's. Things have sense changed and now they are much more actively looking. There are easily a few new posts every day on climbto350.com that I see. Good luck and let me know if you want some more details on the other CFI gigs i see on that site.

Since I started this, three guys where hired and things have slowed down. I recently came back to work from having 2 weeks off because there were no more students for me. Things slowed down. One instructor quit and went back to his home state as he had nothing. It should start picking up in May or after, but the instructors I'm working with, including myself, need to be busy again.
