Pay job listing sites

As an employer, we're advertising on findapilot for a legitimate corporate job in the US. We've gotten plenty of resumes that we're interested in. It is a very tough time to find a job, I do not think paying a monthly due of under $10 is a waste of money.
We are a serious employer with a serious job posting that you need to have a membership to view, so, in my opinion being a paying member is well worth the money.

I pay for CT350 and have gotten 1 interview out of maybe 20 choice jobs I applied for. They have mostly foreign and high time jobs it seems. Findapilot looks like it advertises more lowtime stuff than anyother but I dont have a subsc. to it. "CFI positions available, Manassas, Va." I used to just cheat and look at what flight schools were in, for example, Manassas, Va and go to each website to the "hiring" section and figure it out. If you're serious about relocating for a instruction job its definately worth the dough but I'm curious to see if findapilot might be the best one.
