Default TerrAvion and other aerial imaging gigs

Does anyone have experience flying aerial imaging for TerrAvion? Or have any leads for survey/imaging to apply for this fall or Spring 2019 for a low time ASEL pilot?

SkyLens has the nicest management in the industry for low time pilots. Owner is super nice and cares about his employees. They don't pay the best but he won't abuse you either.

I was thinking of applying to Skylens, but they seem to also require a Multi Engine Rating. I've been trying to schedule my ME add-on to my Commercial Certificate in my area no luck so far, must small schools just have single engine aircraft, and the big schools like ATP want to charge an arm and a leg for ME rating, even if is just an add-on.

You are right. Sent in my Resume and cover letter. By the time they contact me, if they ever do, I should have my Multi engine done.

I sent my app in with a inside recommendation 2 weeks ago, 500 TT 93 multi, 54 isntrument and got an email back within an hour saying he wanted me to update him august 1st when he starts his hiring window if im still interested.

Everyone i know that worked for him started with below 400 TT though. so id imagine its pretty possible. website also says he will train and pay for multi engine training if you need it. so its not a complete cut if you dont have it.

So cool you have an inside recommendation. I think that is the key to many pilot jobs, more power to you!
I got 514 TT and 50 IFR time, no ME time yet until I get that done, if I happen to make the cut for an interview that would be great.

Thanks for the info on the possibility of getting the ME training once employed with them.

I got just over 500 TT and about 55 IFR, no ME Time yet.
I received the standard reply that they receive numerous resumes and they might contact me if there are available positions. :-(
