US Aviation Hiring CFI/CFII/MEI
Good afternoon everyone, I wanted to share with everyone looking for a great place to build hours and instruct a reference to the location I am currently working at.
I am chasing my CFII, been at US Aviation academy since the beginning of December, 2017, and wanted to refer you all to this school, located in Denton, Texas, USA.
We just brought in class 100 on our Chinese program side and also train airforce cadets from all over the globe. There is also a domestic/international program where a lesser amount of students come from.
The academy is currently looking for instructors, fresh CFI or plenty of experience. As many instructors are flowing through the airlines, we are short of instructors and have a huge inflow of students, so there is plenty of work to be done.
I’m currently training 3 students and will be taking 2 more to help out with the workload.
The academy is currently offering:
2,000 dollar sign-on bonus after completion of paid standardization class which is currently a Mom-Fri 40 hour training.
500 dollar relocation bonus (700 if you don’t use 30 days free housing).
30 days free housing
If you are a CFI looking to get your MEI, the academy will pay 50% of all training costs.
I can personally say that this academy is much better than where I got my training back at Sanford. The students are very polite, courteous and normally thrilled to learn. I have been having a decent learning curve as language barriers are never easy to get across.
We are currently refurbishing all our C172 models for instrument training incorporating full glass cockpits and have 2 that will be done in the upcoming months
Our King Air instructor program now pays 35/hr ground and flight time so if you have 1,500 and want to teach in there, that is a certain possibility.
Just wanted to throw in that I will personally pay anyone who comes here and completed standards class, $300 as a token of gratitude.
