Can you try instructing at TransPac? They have seminoles last time I checked, which granted was years ago

Westwind has seminoles as well. I don't have my MEI though. Westwind would pay for my MEI but I'd have to agree to work 1,000 billable hours for them. WW pay and atmosphere is also well above Transpac (Now "Aero Guard" because of so many accidents under the previous name)

1000 hours? Ouch. Are many people agreeing to this? My old gig just let me get time on maintenance flights in seminoles, and I think I paid for a couple training sessions and my check ride.

Billable hours include ground training as well, not just flight. So the newer CFIs (300-400TT) are doing it because it takes care of their multi time and they're going to be working that many hours there most likely anyways
