I got on at 800 TT. Was at another 135 operator before. I know people have got on with a wet commercial in the past, but they've shied away from that just because they've tended to be more raw and needed more work through training.

I got hired with about 450 hours, I am a captain now. Everyone in my class, and the class after mine were instructors. So it doesnt hurt to have those ratings.
Also for the person asking about the avionics. Almost every plane has Garmin 430 amd 530, there is two flying around with Garmin 750/650, and one airplane flying with a KLN-90B.
We have a new jumpseat agreement with Mesa Airlines, thats the latests news. Have captain leaving to fly 747's for a cargo operator.

OkStateBryan you mind if I pm you with a few questions? You have been extremely helpful here on the forum and it sounds like the pilot group at Boutique is a great bunch of guys.
I'm over 400TT flying skydivers here in Colorado and have applied at Boutique.
