Now many do not understand 135 OPS and to them it s too much work. Schedule changed can happen yes ,you will have to work some long days of course, but it is not always like that. Before they got this job they had been told what to expect !!!! So some of them do not belong in this industry at all. At the end if we talk money I m positive no operator offers this kind of benis and pay ..
Planesense is pretty damn close and you can be based somewhere without an insane cost of living, and not have to do sketchy stuff with the weight and balance/fuel.

Based on what you've heard or seen of Boutique Air, how would you say Planesense compares, for both a guy who's just looking to timebuild and a guy who wants a company to stick with for 5-10 years?

He's talking about TW not Boutique.

Haha I appreciate that 🤣 I sweat sooooo much, but the Islander is an amazing ride. Those Culebra approaches with winds from the north are something else though. Ok stick to the topic

There's no reason to stick with anyone flying a Pilatus for 5-10 years unless

1.the economy dies and it's the only job around
2. You have a fetish for the Pilatus worth giving up tens of thousands of dollars are year in wage difference
3.You get golden handcuffed in by a schedule or base to be close to family.

Planesense is the best QOL you can expect out of a PC-12 operator but in this economy it makes no sense to stay past ATP mins. If you want to go corporate, get your time, get your multi ATP and some jet time, prefably upgrade and get your 1,000 PIC, then go fly a gulfstream or a challenger or something real for XoJet or Flexjet or NetJets.

Sure that's your point of view. There are some who has been there and done it already then you choose what's the best fit for your life . Corporate is probably economically the safest place if something happens. Airline pilots historically suffer first . Money? Well someone who is loaded with bills better work for Wall Street then a pilot .. and btw if you really want money then fly hard to get job ,, fire fighting ,, 6 months off 6 on .. VFR only, low level flying , great risk but 350k ( top pay ) . For some 135k PC12 job is just perfect

Tell that to the 3 corporate flight departments in 6 months I saw get shuttered when I was based at LAS, while the regionals were all hiring at ATP mins. The first thing to go for any company is the jet. You need to be in some serious old money or huge corporation to get stability. The 91k people can usually survive because of the contracts but even then it's not a guarantee.

The rest of your points I already admitted in the original post. Sure, if you're there for awhile, get comfortable with your schedule and vacation it can be hard to leave. But we've had dozens of 7+ year people move on this year. If you want to be valuable in corporate aviation you need to get your multi ATP and some jet time. No one is going to want a 5,000 hour PC-12 pilot to fly their challenger if the economy gets shaky again.

We can talk about it for days .. there is no 100% stability anywhere all I m saying is depends what you want in life .. well there are military life time pilots . Their life is covered with all the benis .. right.. Some look at it as a hobby to fly something easy .. what our conversation is about is first timers in aviation.. and you are right in steps what to do . Before they see some big money will take years and years .Some expect 150k right away.. . and what's big money 100k 300k .. ? BTQ , TW , surf are good companies to start then move on . Now see the posts of complaints.. some are ok but most are BS . Some do not realize in their next job they will be doing similar stuff.

I just suggested the poster here to apply for TW cause the guy spent months waiting for BTQ. TW is well established biz and pays reasonably good for a beginner..
