The training consist of test, a bit of studying, more test, a few flights and hopefully happy news that you passed.
This of course is how it was described to me by one of the guys I know so I'd assume that there is a bit more interesting fillers to the story.

My training (back in June) was consist of a week of ground, and a week of sim/flight. The schedule might vary depends on the instructor tho.
Everyone should finish their training within a month unless something is seriously wrong.

Few additional inquiries: about how large was your class
Which Island are you based on and as for housing; did you find/hear of good affordable housing? Maybe a group setting or single family?
I'm sure those anticipating a class date (present or future) would appreciate a bit of info on post training living and planning.

Was going to ask those as well lol.
I understand they pay for your accommodation living during training but does that include airfare? As well as the CASS Jumpseat Privileges, are the privileges only domestic or international travel is possible? (just curious)
