Like Gchamp says AirNet has sort of a pool these days.

We just got bought up and there seems to be some sort of transitional period going on right now. Management is very hush hush about the whole thing.

All I know is that we are interviewing at a normal pace and officially there are no training classes scheduled. I expect classes to start soon.

Yes we are also interviewing for the SIC program still! Competitive times seems to fluctuate with our immediate need for 135 qualified pilots. If the need is high the closer you need to be to the 135 minimums. The less pilot we need (immediately, not long term) the less time is required. My guess would be 600-800 hour range. Keep updating your online app and call the recruitment department regularly will not hurt you either.

I do belive LCK would be relatively easy to be assigned as an SIC.

There are no junior bases. It just depends on whats available when you pass your checkride.

They just called me and told me "although it is not unusual for us to hire people with your amount of hours, we typically try to get someone with more experience. We are interested in you however and will keep your application on file. Just be sure to update it often."

I took it as, not enough hours kid, try again another time. Nothing personal i'm just not competitive. Is there anyone out there who wants a low time bandit to fly for them??????

Cant afford CFI/II tickets right now, getting laid off from my job in a couple of months.

I know things can change in the blink of an eye, but what is the latest word on AirNet interviewing for the right seat? I'm currently flying the right seat on the Beechcraft 99 at a 135 cargo company, and I'm trying to see if I have any other options out there.
