Hawker 400 type
#4
There is no Hawker 400 type rating.
Real Hawkers are the HS-125 type (except the 1000 series)
Beechjets 400, 400A, Hawker (Beechjet) 400XP and Mitsubishi Diamonds are all one type
BE400 MU300

Wrong
Correct
The hawker 400 is just a beechjet with a new name for marketing purposes. I worked at a 135 company and flew one of the oldest mu-300's, a mid serial number beechjet and a brand new hawker 400 all on one type.
When you get the type you get the MU-300 and BE-400 on your certificate.

Thanks Chief, That's what I thought, But I wasn't 100% sure If I could fly Beechjet400 & Hawker 400xp on the same type even though they are same aircraft with just different name....
Thanks again for clearing this.

When the stars are aligned and justice is finally served, the BE-400/400XP will once again be called a Beechjet, even by those new to aviation.
It isn't, and can never be, a Hawker.
This is a REAL Hawker 400:
