Yes we do. Still short on the captain side.

So does that mean you guys aren't really looking for FO's? I suppose I could resubmit again. But I'm shy just under 300 hours TT and like 220 xc.

Looks like preferred minimums bumped up to 500 hrs recently according to SeaPort web site. Got enough FO applicants? So it seems chances are slim for guys like me with 390TT. Applied couple of weeks ago, nothing yet.

The hiring mins are an ever moving target at SeaPort. Right now, we need captains, thus the higher "minimums". It is all very dynamic and subject to change without any notice. If you feel you are a good fit for the operation, by all means, apply and keep updating your application.

Questions:

Is commuting from ELD via HOT to Memphis on SEA realistic given schedule and seat/weight limits? Looks like a 4 hour deal which is a wash with driving. Figured those flight would not be full mostly.

Does SEA accommodate guard/reserve drilling commitments? I know they have to by law, but is it a disqualifier for interview/hiring consideration?

Six Pack with 430's or G1000?
Thanks.

If the minimums have raised to 500tt that will kill me. I truly hope I have a shot. I plan on applying in hopes to get on. With the new atp rules taking effect in august there is no way Im going to pay an additional 15k for an atp course. I can get another degree for that price. I hope it all works out for me.

Yep...The website says minimums are 500tt...it looks like I'm short. It will cost me 24k if I keep paying for the additional 200 hours I will need. Or I can pay $8500 for a cfi cfii and teach for a year before I can apply. Chances are that I might not make the 24 calendar months inorder to avoid paying 15k for the atp course. It might be time for me to look into doing something else for a living. Oh well if it doesn't work out i can't be sorry. I have had a good run. Maybe I will go into the commercial drone field. But it would be nice to have an atp. Good luck and congrats to all of you who have the time. I will still apply to see what happens.

All is not lost if you can't get your atp by 2015. Another 10k in the scope of what all of us have spent to get this far is....well, another 10k. It stinks to have to spend it. Even so, for me at least the dream stays alive.

I'll be doing that, thanks for the info! Do you know when the next class is set to occur?
