I applied before I found out the pilot group had struck. I got an email back and here are some of the deets. You have to pay all traveling costs for the interview. Have to pay all relocation costs. Part of the interview is actually conducted in the DC-3. Company does pay for training but not per diem or living costs. Training is done in house within 2 weeks. FO's are considered "contractors" so no bennies. Pay is $50 per flight credit, about one flight hour for short distances, and somewhat less than a flight hour for longer distances. FO's, if picked for runs, typically make 10 "credits" per week.

I have no idea what the deal with the strike is, but they have been flying out of SJU and STT for the last several weeks. From what I heard they lost a big contract with Viagra so business has really slowed down. They also do not have any jumpseat agreements so plan on living in base. The fact that they are having a tough time finding a new cp kind of tells me a lot. On the plus side, you will have an opportunity to fly a Gooney that participated in D-day (there's actually a plaque in the aircraft).
