SF340 crews are based in DFW and E120s are relocating to CVG shortly. Captains and First Officers are expected to reside at their respective bases at their own expense.
All charter pilots work a 2 week on/2 week off/2 week on/1 week off schedule.
Those salary figures are for the SA227. E120 and SF340 have a slightly higher base figure (about $101K first year)

SA227 aircraft are based in ELP,. First Officers are expected to provide their own living accommodations. Captains may commute from any location with regular air service at company expense.

Experienced FO with 820hrs of 121 time 3500TT
We generally have no problem getting low time folks to hire into our SF340 and E120 aircraft. Since our goal is to move those folks into the left seat of our other aircraft, we have no real need to hire someone into the right seat that meets the requirements of a Part 135 IFR Captain. And we generally don't move 340 and 120 first officers directly over to the left seat of those aircraft. So if becoming a 340 Captain is your ultimate goal, you are better off starting in one of our other aircraft AS a captain.
So the question is would I be able to come on as a DEC to the EMB120 with 3500TT. I’m typed in the ATR 42/72-600 and Saab 340. I have 820 hrs in 121 time. Or do I have to come in as an FO? Thx

All fleets are DEC if you have the hours. You would have no trouble getting the EMB120 (PIC) with those hours.

You can definitely get in as a CA, the question is just if there's spots. Looks like GEG is open.
