Default Ameristar Jet Charter info pls

Does anyone here work for Ameristar or know anything about the company? I interviewed for a first officer position on the Lear and Falcon, and was wondering what people are getting per year for that. There were a lot of variables mentioned in the interview.

Default No one knows anything about Ameristar jet?

Just looking for any general info about if it is a good place to work? Anyone work there? Talked to their pilots? How's morale, etc?

I haven't heard anything good about them, they have killed a bunch of people over the years.

Give USA Jet a try, I am interviewing there next month, doesn't sound bad for an on demand cargo kind of place.

How have "they" killed anyone? Don't pilots pretty much kill themselves? Doesn't anyone on the forum work there? All I'm really looking for is a morale indication from someone on their team. If you knew before you started what you know now, would you work there? They have an 18 month contract, so if I go there, I will be there for a while. Or if you don't work there, have you talked with any of their pilots at the local FBO? Anyone know an Ameristar pilot I can ask?

Their comments have been nothing but miserable concerning the work there also. As far as I've heard their management, higher ups, and flight followers walk all over their pilots.

Unfortunately they've had 3 accidents in recent years, all fatal.

I worked there many years ago, back in the mid to late 90's. Things were good for a while, they got to big to fast. When that happens one of the first things to go is maintenance, second one is training. Pilots now are treated very bad, moral is very low, most are leaving as fast as they can, just being happy to still be on this planet.
It is kinda sad because it used to be a great fun company to work for.
