Default Anyone know about $140k first officer BE-400

Was looking on Climbto350 and saw a BE-400 first officer job for $140,000.

Guessing it is a mistake, but anyone know who the operator is?

The link is right there in the posting.
It's SoFlo 135, proceed with caution.

According to their website, they don't have a BE-400, so there's that...

What do you make of a charter department that flies a Hawker, King Air 90, Caravan, and a Navajo? High-end? Full-spectrum? Rag-tag?

^^^Exactamundo^^^

They also advertize for the Astra, so now they can market themselves as a "Gulfstream" operator.
That scraping noise that you hear, is the bottom of the barrel.

Like many outfits, they advertise that they "manage" other aircraft, and of course, a number of managed aircraft make their aircraft go to work by leaseback into charter, so it happens.

Usually the charter outfit lists that airplane on their fleet, given that's their bread and butter. When there's no such aircraft on the fleet, it does darken the waters a bit.

Now it could be that the operator is looking for a pilot to come aboard to fly a managed airplane for the owner, and not do charter. That is possible.

Also possible is that the hapless aviator moves to Floria under promise of a Beechjet and finds that he's prisoner in a clapped-out Navajo.

But only for the first twelve months or one thousand hours, whichever comes later. Don't forget the training bond.

I can tell you that that particular operator only operates a BE90 and a Chieftain. The only G-100 in Florida is registered in Gainesville.
