This is as much new hire activity as I’ve seen in a long time. Can some of you chime in on the timeline from application to call/interview and any gouge on the interview questions? Details please. Thanks.

I was hired without an interview but I was recommended by someone in the company. I just filled out the application and had a phone call the next day offering me a class date.

Thanks. Didn't know anyone, didn't get a phone call. So far, just email with confirmed start date, promissory note and one other.

Just now, I was looking at this thread and I got an email notification.
Checked it and it's a CJO from Wheels Up. No resume, no nothing. Just reading this thread. Wow!
Sounds like if you can fog a mirror or have a pulse you'll get a job. That's good.

Sounds like (speculating without knowing backgrounds) if you have some turbine or 135 experience maybe no interviews? This will be my first 135 gig. About 2000tt almost all in Cirrus SR22/20/22T. Was offered BE400 date for 2/14.
Interview was super straight forward. Started with asking about how I got in to aviation - and then a sales pitch from the recruiter about pay, benefits etc…. After that a couple of crew resource management questions such as you reach your DA on an ILS approach and you and your captain don’t have criteria met to continue a descent, but the captain continues anyway what do you do etc….
Then brief a STAR, Approach and that was just about it. Super straight forward.
