Thanks!

It’s a matter of base needs as well as overall competency. Generally like the above post, about 300-500 hours is about the norm.
They said 300 pilots by EOY 2023. We will see what happens. We are all awaiting a pay raise. Like it was mentioned above, turnover is happening at a faster rate now.

Applied a couple months ago close to 900 hours no response. Any insight on when to expect a call?

Last I spoke to our recruiter, we have so many apps, that we could get by with only interviewing internal recs. If you meet the mins or are even close to it and you’re choosing a base that needs pilots, you should get a phone screen sometime soon. Hiring will also slow for the remainder of the year from what I hear.

I’d love to come here. I had an interview set up in Dallas and my flight was cancelled. Whenever I’ve reached out to reschedule I don’t get a reply. Sigh…..

Curious, please tell me you guys are due for a pay increase / profit sharing option soon considering JSXs success the last 2 years.

What's a realistic number of hours a FO is going to fly out of LAS these days? I've heard anything from 20/month to up to 50/month. That's a huge range if true.

I wish. We have the turnover. Most of the turnover could have been prevented with pay increases.

Try 35-60 hours a month depending on base. For LAS, which I assume you’re asking for, count on. 40-55 hours a month

I didn't see this question mentioned, do they hire you with an assigned domicile
or do you find out after starting class and some type of seniority is assigned?
Looking to work out of OAK / CCR.
Given the day trip schedule - commuting is not possible for myself.

-Mark.
