At Contour we make $36,000 a year to be gone for 8 days, fly 6 legs a day with 10 hours of rest a night in clapped out 135s. I’d gladly take JSX over that!

No, don’t come here. If you want to complain about being underpaid and won’t do anything to better the situation, then just go to Mesa. JSX is very much on the way to being the bottom of the barrel here soon. The model here is shut up and cooperate. The pilots cannot say what they really want on pilot calls because they’re scared to be given schedules that sucks. If you’re on the **** list here, you may as well move on because you won’t be treated fairly. They implement any policy into the pilot work rules at their own whim. XPAC is a complete dud. Good luck making any suggestions about pay or conditions of the job. The only suggestions you can make are about the day to day operation. What about pilot needs? Mike and Rob, step up for your pilot group. The forums know you see this. Inflation is a real subject matter and you know your pilots deserve better. Rob has not been off the line for much time, he can still have a great relationship with these people but he chooses the management hat every time. As the pilot group grows, management will soon be out of touch with reality. Get rid of this BS sub-1500/1000 hour pay and pay these guys what they deserve. While you’re at it, give the WHOLE pilot group a raise as we are driving to/from work every day using gas in our cars that is no longer a reasonable price. FO’s are paying 1.5-2days of work just in gas alone each month. Again, Mike/Rob, we are looking at you to step up to Randy. This pilot group has been talking. The only talk management ever heard anymore are the Dallas pilots that love their Kool Aid. In reality, the pilots deserve better. Attrition is here, and turnover is definitely on the rise. We are having more FO’s leave for better places. If this place is truly unique, show them the money, because a cockpit is a cockpit and money talks. Why stay here when you can go take a slight pay cut for a year but end up making much more money with much better retirement? I cannot wait to leave. I miss the old JSX. When we were a hidden gem and the respect between pilots and management was truly mutual. These pilots deserve much better and I hope everyone can realize that.

Band the FO’s together and leave. You are taking it up the rear.

Honestly, $36k/year is about even or less than the FO’s are getting if they’re less than 1500. I agree though, we need to pay FO’s at the same rate.
