It depends on your base. Some bases have slower movement. Also it depends on if you get recommended. They’re usually pretty good about making sure you’re ready to upgrade based on other pilot feedback about you. I think if you come with zero jet time you’re probably looking at least 1000 hours in the right seat to get comfortable.

Horrible JSX
Horrible company not professional . All Lies lies lies, Airplane Fly with 5 MELs , some racist (KKK) pilots they have seniority , if you are colored they can ask you to resign without telling you why! without hearing you , without let you explain, basically they just take the word whatever the white say . Toxic , i suggest you to apply for the airlines, before you go there go read some Google reviews about this Company

Depends on the base, they are trying to even out the flying right now. I’d say 40-60 hours per month. If you read back on previous posts. Much of what’s said on the last couple pages are still fairly accurate.
No contract.

You might as well go to a real airline unless you live somewhere like Vegas or Oakland with no other regional bases. Management has made it clear that the pilots should only view the company as a stepping stone and should not expect QOL to be improved or pay to increase to be competitive with other regionals.
Pre-Covid it was a pretty good alternative to the regionals, but now you can go elsewhere to make more money while having a similar quality of life (if you live in base), and the option to fly your butt off to build time if you like (not an option here)

$444 per day + $69 per diem times 16 days per month, plus $444 per reserve day times 7 days per month = $11k/mo.
Or is my math wrong?

Your math is wrong. It is 444/day plus 69/diem times 14 day a guarantee per month or 86.184/yr

Yea that’s wrong for first year. But pay is definitely better than a regional. Captains are doing about 120k a year here, some 130k+. Check pilots definitely. It depends on the month, it’s usually 14 to 16 days of flying. It’s not necessarily always 14 days on, you can try to go to 16. Also the pay is wrong here on the jsx page. There’s been raises starting 3rd year at 575 a day and so on. That is around 11k a month.
