Wow, that's quite impressive to think that there are people at this company that spend their day trying to associate APC comments to peoples resume. How did you come by this information?

Congrats on the call back. I’m curious on your hours and experience to know what they are currently looking for.

Thanks and good luck.

We have new Captain pay rates. They go up to 20 years. Guarantee is still 14 days a month. Actual is 14 to 16 days. Also Perdiem is up to 69 dollars per day if duty period is over 5 hours and you actually fly. Also you get an additional 50 dollars per day if duty day is 10.01+ hours and an additional 50 dollars if duty day is 12.01+ hours. First Officer pay is unchanged but quick upgrades are expected.

Year 1 $444

Year 2 $469

Year 3 $575

Year 4 $600

Year 5 $625

Year 6 $650

So do the F/O’s also get the increased per diem and the same increase for duty day time periods? What is the “realistic” upgrade time for an F/O?

Per Diem is for all flight crew and the increase for longer duty days over 10/12 hours are for all pilots. Realistic upgrade time depends on base need and competency. Could be as little as a couple months, could be around a year. If you qualify to become a captain and you do your job well as an FO, you may be recommended to upgrade to Captain.

Default Where is ground school and Sim held?

Curious where the Ground school and Sim training for E-135/145 is held? Do the SIC's receive an SIC Type?

You would be surprised - https://theleegroup.com/recruiters-l...edia-profiles/

"According to a 2018 CareerBuilder survey, 70 percent of employers use social media to screen candidates during the hiring process, and about 43 percent of employers use social media to check on current employees.Social media has become another tool in the recruiter’s arsenal to verify a candidate’s information and to gather a better picture of the person they may choose to interview or hire."

This is a very small segment in a relatively small industry. If someone in this thread doesn’t know me, I bet someone they know does.

As always, don’t be a jerk and you won’t have any ‘splainin’ to do.
