As far as i know two ex Cal Pacific 145s are undergoing refurbishment, as is a 135 that was stored in Florida. The MROs are a bit behind on the work but they'll hopefully hit the line by the end of the month. We were supposed to have 2 more 135s from South Africa already, but that deal fell through at the last moment which is why we're behind on deliveries overall. I think the numbers they give are optimistic, but there's no denying the growth is happening fast and airplanes are showing up. Maybe a bit behind schedule but they're showing up. The operation has basically doubled since I joined

I want them to have 100 that would be great.
they have plans of moving towards east gradually ! Make sense as they got their headquarters in dallas !! And the customers are growing fast at the west coast operation. Think about this they have about 100 pilots for this 14/15 aircrafts . Thats about 6/7 per aircraft . As predicted if they happen to get 100 aircrafts in 2023 thats 700 pilots . Try to get in now peeps !!

Didn’t take anything any way, just responded to what you wrote. If you want different reactions, write different questions.

Four years ago they had -0- EMB135s. Four years from now they may have 100...that’s how startups work, doubling in size every year is not unusual for a startup. In fact startup investors expect rapid growth.

That no one answered your specific question doesn’t mean there is no answer, nor does it mean it hasn’t been answered. It just means no one answered you. And actually, someone wrote they doubled in size during the year they’d been there. Do that next three years (which they’ve done last three) and guess what, it’s >100. Just math.

As far as hiring questions why not call and ask them if you’re seriously interested? Or go ride a JS, someone wrote how to do that too.

Anyone ask how they plan on doing that? I mean my regional could barely handle a few dozen ERJs, how and where are they going to fly 100 ERJs?
The answer is simple !!
This is not a regional ! ( its a charter, tickets sold to public under part 135) People go where the money is @ regional dont hire people with less than 1500 hrs . Here if you are lucky and fit in to what they are really looking for you could with less than 1500 hrs . Regional don't pay 75,000-80,000 per first year . Regional don't pay 55 dollers per diem if you show up to work and fly 1 hour or 6 hours .
there are lot of other perks such as nice medical/ dental / and vision plans .and the big picture - if someone works here 10 years (10 year pay ) you could earn as much as 150,000 or more .
Regionals ? I don't think so .

I upgraded to Captain in 5 weeks from the date I started flying the line and started my SIC IOE. I try to work 17-19 days a month. I will make $135K my first year with the bonuses. This includes per diem and normally I would not include that but it seems like we qualify for a $50.00 crew meal everyday so I basically never spend much of that if any. Year 2 my pay will bump by $5K but my bonus will go down $10K. Year 2 I will make $130K unless there is a pay increase. Year 3 I get another $5K increase. Bonus stays the same. $135K year 3. After that $140K plus and onward. All based on current pay scale. Benefits rock!!

What were your quals when you got hired? Retired 121? Current RJ CA? I ask because I'm looking for a quick upgrade too if I come over

Benefits do look pretty good.. Pretty generous HSA company contribution w/ high deductable plan.

They hire people from 121 /135 / military guys such . if you have more than 1500hrs , or being a captain at your previous job helps to upgrade fast . Retired 121? Yes they do . I’m not really sure what kind of qualifications they look when it comes to hiring , I believe it’s a mix bag of young and old with different levels of experience!! What they have is a bunch of happy high spirited men and women for sure .
