What are the chances of a 4/3 or 5/2 schedule as a new hire? Does your rotation change monthly with each new bid or is it generally set? And what are the start days of those two specifically? Already read the thread but didn’t see anything to that specifically. Any classmates in the next month or two?

Pretty decent actually since we have many different preferences among the pilot group so no real trends in the schedules. Except 7-7, that generally goes senior on the CA side and junior on the FO side. If some really random schedule comes out it probably goes junior as well.
On this latest bid there was no 5-2. 4-3 were either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, 8-6 are generally Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun. Occasionally on a few bids there were a couple of 8-6 rotations that started mid week which were really nice and I hope they put them back, but haven't seen any in the last two bids so they're probably off the table for now. 7-7 is Sat-Sun

There is a lot of good information on here already but what would you like to know in addition?

Hey all - thank you for all the great info on this thread... couple questions... I know as of a few months ago X was not hiring FOs. Has there been any movement on that? When do you think they will be looking for FOs again? Also, what is the average hours per month FOs are seeing on the X side?

The whole process from The day i applied to get a -you are hired -took 23 days . I applied on auguest 14 around 12.30 , got an e mail to schedule a phone interview on the same day at 14.35. I scheduled the interview the folowing day that was a thursday . monday the HR called and had me pick a day for the interview, that was september 4th and 5 th morning or afternoon . 6 th i got the call " u r hired " .
They interviewed 4-8 people on those 4 time slots . Picked 8-10 i believe ( they said 8-10 per month until january after that classes of 16 per month starting 2020 , as they are planing to get 2 aircrafts per month ) .
those 8-10 guys/ gals picked ,will start classes somewhere mid november 2019 . They are mainly looking for people who can upgrade pretty soon .
I had only part 121 experience , 14years.
7500+ total time , 3500+ JET PIC .
Really nice group of people . Interview was 3 parts - tecnical / HR+ management personal / and with a senior pilot. takes about 3-3.5 hours .
20 aircraft by early 2020.
100 by 2023 . As of september they have 14 ERJ135s.
The three mini Interviews are 50%
Being a nice human being who can get along with everyone is the other 50 .
Seems like a great place to work .
