For January my out of pocket cost for two in network office visit totals out to be $350.00 with the co-pay, I feel bad for those who have multiple children.

There has been zero communication about how we are responding to COVID. Well that's not true, we've been told to make sure we are not going through too much Purell so we can keep it stocks for members, and that they are "focused" on keeping us safe. Whatever that means.

That being said, I think WUP as a program, especially the King Airs, are well suited to withstanding a downturn. And from what I can tell we have been understaffed. However, all bets are off if domestic air travel gets shut down.
