Good luck! And then how long after that will it be permanent?

Not exactly sure what you're asking, but the pay rates would be in effect in April should the LOA pass.

Thank you! I was attempting to determine that if the vote goes through and the terms are accepted how long before change takes effect? You answered it! Sorry...long day flying the desk....

No worries. I'm doing a standup tonight and I'm sure my brain will be more fried than yours come morning.

I can't even believe that people are considering voting no to this.

I understand that you guys deserve more but isn't your contract up next year? So you go a year with nice improvements that you gave nothing to get?

Unbelievable.

Those are my current thoughts as well. At first I didn't like it because, while it is a small step in the right direction, it still isn't good enough. But I took my time, weighed the options, and the logical answer to this is to vote yes, take the raise, and renegotiate in January for even better options....hell, there is also the chance that if this thing doesn't work, that they'll even come back to us to negotiate again.

Something tells me you're about to get additional airframes and management is scrambling to raise the amount of applicants available to fly them.....

Just a hunch. I have no real knowledge and not trying to start a rumor, I just have a hunch. Things should be more clear by tomorrow afternoon if I'm right.
