Why would they put a flow at a regional that doesn't have a seniority problem? If they put it at a regional that has a very senior pilot group, their costs go down and they fix the broken regional model. I would believe Expressjet getting a flow over Commutair or G7.

The term "flow through" was the name management gave it.
At best, it sounded like a preferential interview, followed my more interviews, leadership training, and United would have access to all your records while employed at CommutAir. If you made it "through" the "flow" of hoops they wanted to put you through then I guess you could call it a "flow through"
All in all it could have been a good program for people that kept their nose clean. More than likely it was a band aid to try and stop the war of attrition.
