I have a class date set for the 13th for the Saab, and I was wondering a few things. How long is reserve? Are FO's breaking guarantee? Whats the average schedules like? Whats training like? Do they fly you out to SJU? Do most pilots move to San Juan? Thanks for the help.

I generally credit over 75 hours per month, but rarely fly over 70. It all depends I guess.
Right now, they are changing up training, so I have no idea how it will be done. I had 2 weeks of ground, plus 10 days in MSP for SIM. They had us in condos for training, and transportation was provided. They will fly you down here. I'd expect an itinerary here shortly with you travel arrangements.
Some of our guys moved down, some commute. I moved down here, and started my own crash pad. xtownboy can give you more info on that. Ask him about Puerto Rico day.
Let me know if you have any other questions, and have fun in training. The Saab is a fun airplane to fly, especially down here.
