Also for all you entering class be prepared for a cluster day in and day out till you pass your check ride. It is half growing pains and half not ready for big classes, just expect change every day.

Not enough for a DEC position. I'll just sit tight until they sort things out. At least they are HIRING. Which is a good thing. Hopefully they'll call up some of us FO's soon for classes.

I think it is as soon as you are able to hold it you are the Captain. or at least that is what they keep telling me. These current captains are getting burnt out bad and need relief. I was just wondering if they are paying you as FO's till you pass your check ride or paying as CA from start? I must also add I hope all you captains make it just hang in there and you will finish ( I want more captains below me so I get a better schedule).

Hey guys, a lot of crazy stuff has been happening here and I've been swamped with sim training last minute. If I can get a few minutes tomorrow, I'll make sure the stuff gets on silverpilots.com tomorrow. Sorry for not responding to PMs on here, I just haven't logged in.
