There are three options. Medical Single 85/135/240. Plus spouse 277/441/788. Family 365/580/1036. Dental single 10/23/26. Plus spouse 19/51/58. Family 32/79/105. Vision one plan single 5 plus spouse 10 family 15. All per month hope that helps...

It must be to take over the routes that the ExpressJet 135's are doing now, which are getting parked. There are no city pairs loaded that are 'currently' scheduled to be flown by Silver or the Saab. They will simply just substitute equipment as it gets closer. It's a little too late to announce new service seeing as its less than three months away, so I wouldn't expect any new city pairs.
