The Company announced that on the conference call today. They said some people had difficulty understanding how to bid.

Personally, I don't care if someone didn't understand, I want to see the results. I will post up my notes of the call on the Union's Forum later tonight.

Wow. How many times have they had to talk about the different type of bids; voluntary, displacement, etc. If you can't figure out how to bid, you don't deserve a second chance. Pathetic.

Look at the pilot group you can't expect much from some of them...

Worked with that pilot group longer than you, I know how they are both good and bad. Like someone else mentioned how many emails went out about how to bid etc etc it certainly isn't rocket science.
