Good it worked out well for you friend!
Actually I am looking into TSA and it may be a decent starting point?

Be a little humble and never forget where YOU came from.

I never forgot where I came from and what it took to get here and you'll surely never see me brag about being anything special. I simply laid out reasonable expectations for this hopeful Silver candidate and even see a little of myself in him. Why else would I come here and specifically post info for him? Everyone on this board struggled to get a job once and just because I made it outta there doesn't mean squat.

Do not take offense on the quote I pick to respond to, just grabbed the most recent to respond to you. First of all, what you should have asked was how is the interview and training at Silver airways? I have an interview. There is no need to bash other companies training department. I take offense to because I flew for Silver and I am now at RAH, maybe my transition from silver to RAH was different but I got thru it and I went to the 145 which by far is the hardest training program at RAH. I am also looking at seniority lists and class sizes and your numbers do not add up with how many people pass to the class size that starts. 28 is a big number in class, biggest I heard of was 20 and looks like that whole class passed. Second of all when an extra sim session is needed they have no problem giving it to the pilot. What that in mind your story does not add up and second of all do not come in bashing other airline. I will always miss flying the 1900 and whatever happened between Silver and I is for the better of my life but I never complain to looking towards the future and QOL. Thank you take care guys, props to my boyz, Chrisw, DPPilot, Sandwich, and yes you too Nancy!

Am I the only one that wonders where Carl gets his GIFs from? It's like a work of art sometimes

I miss working with amazing people day in and day out at Silver. If any thing that made my time at Silver enjoyable. If my QOL and pay was better, I would've stayed for sure.

See it's not that hard to say nice things about 3M. Do I get a cookie now?

Well to be honest you didn't say a nice thing about 3M just your friends you worked with. A nice thing would be Silver Airways respects and appreciates everyone of its employees.
