According to the conference call with mgmt they are in the closing stages of working on a pref hiring agreement with united that would "obviously not benefit those already here but attract more pilots to our company". Discuss.

If we get a preferential hiring agreement, every other regional for united will too. There is no way they would do it for us but not express jet, sky west, and commutair. I missed the call too. I was doing that whole work thing. Any info that anyone would like to share please do. Or pm. Thanks.

A great place to have specific discussions about topics that's safe from prying eyes is our Union Forum. It's my understanding that the Company employs someone whose sole purpose is to monitor the Company's public image. That means they read Airline Pilot Central Forums, facebook, twitter, etc. and report "troublemakers" to Management. Watch what you say here and elsewhere that can be seen by the public.
