No problem I'll tell the jokes to your Crew members/colleagues that set up a forum stating "outstation Basing", they might get a kick out of it since obviously they are polling to get Out stations out of the system.
About the Quick upgrade at Silver, I am pretty sure it got very Stagnate and now your upgrade time for many FOs at silver will take a while. Many Majors/Legacies do not require PIC anymore. Be smart, Knowledgeable, Hours,Educations (4 year Degree or higher), stay out of trouble and know people and you will get hired with in the next 5 years by majors, even without PIC time. Times have changed.

Actually you shouldn't be jealous of that. The Mighty Beech is one of the best planes in the world. I know Many Captains that are flying Heavy Jets that always say great things about The Mighty Beech. All I am saying is that You put a C172 and pay me good money, base me where I live and I will enjoy QOL. I come from Humble beginnings and for those that know me on here will justified that. All I am saying to all of you is that If you are complaining about Silver and now that Junior Captains have been displaced to the right seat then leave, the doors are open right now to all. The majors/Legacies will be accepting applications again in the fall and leave, but you are going to sit here and complain everyday talk smack, management this and management that and not do anything about it, no one will feel sorry for you Freez3192. Please don't tell me that 3192 is your date of Birth, because if it is you should be going somewhere with a future!
HAHAHAHAHHAA jokes on you.

You are so far off base here I don't have the time or patience to set you straight.

Where'd all the FOs go?
Can anyone answer... What is a good reason to stick around here as an FO?
As one who has been waiting way too long to upgrade, it's getting harder and harder to find reasons to stay. When speaking with the CP after the initial staffing bids, his first statement was, don't worry about it, it will won't happen. Meaning they had no intentions on ever following through with what was published. (Just resetting the 12mo clock) Next, he said that he couldn't wait for planes to be flown by robots, so he didn't have to deal with pilots anymore. Now, with the mass exodus of FOs to go fly jets and make more money, it looks like an upgrade class will take place any time in the near future. I say this because I don't believe they'll upgrade anyone when short FOs and check airman are sitting right seat FO unavailability. It appears many have put in their resignation in the last few weeks and many others I spoke with have upcoming class dates elsewhere.
I'm not trying to be negative, rather just seeking opinions of what good could come of this.

Do you have the requirements to upgrade? 121 time etc?
Will it be shorter where your looking?
What does the CP's attitude have to do with your career choices? Who cares if he loves or hates you? You think the CP at another regional is going to give you warm hugs? Just saying management is management where ever you are.
Now for what good can come of this.... Your choice to stay or go is a personal one. Is Silver the best place to build a resume and bounce? Not at the moment. Stay if you like the flying. Stay if you have a good QOL. (MS based people need not respond. We know you hate it) stay because there is some stability in the fact that Silver is new with plans to grow. If none of these things appeal to you. (And I know for a lot of people it doesn't). Then leave. Not trying to be negative either. Just trying to give you an answer to your question from my point of view. Im sure you'll get the normal "Silver sucks you should leave" in multitude.
