Until you actually pass training and fly the line here for about a good year, then you can speak and I might listen to what garbage comes out of your mouth. Until then please refrain from adding fuel to the fire. You don't have a clue son!

Maybe what you say is true, I don't know. But even if he had hit the right button, there was no reason for him to send that email even to just to the intended recipient. It served no purpose besides complaining, and was in no way going to make his situation better. It's the kind of immaturity that is a real problem.
What the company and union did is not right. They have extended this staffing bid twice now. Last year they re did the staffing bid couple of times too, only to help out a person that bid the Saab but didn't want it anymore, yet not helping out this pilot when he bid correctly for captain.
And sir you are the one that's immature. If u have a problem with someone emailing the company to raise a issue, u need to bring this up on the union forum not a public forum!

As I recall about seven months ago while I was still flying for Silver, I stated that soon many FOs will be leaving for bigger and better, and the Street Captains will be displaced to the right seat, no one listened. I also stated that no street hire captain will stay at Silver as a First Officer because if they have to fly from that seat, just as the FOs that are leaving, can be flying a Jet at a regional in the right seat. I guess no one listened, all these Captains were waiting to get that 1,000 hours of PIC and "I am going to a Major!". How many have left to the majors? 5-10? Well what about the classes from January 2012 to August 2012 lets say 10 captains per class 80? Well now what. Reality hit and guys it's time to face reality and get you a seniority number somewhere else until that Major calls you, because guess what it's not going to the quality of life commuting to these out stations because guess what they can not even hold a first officer seat in FLL or TPA once this staffing bid goes thru. I don't blame any of you but Silver because they did it to themselves; lets grow fast, hire as much as we can and then we will fix the problem when it gets there... They just didn't foresee the outcome of the ATP law and some 20 FOs that won't make the hours before the date. Thank you for listening Good luck silver!
