A little more mulla? How much a few bucks extra for each year? As I said before you'll hardly notice it. Scheduling department talking to you like a human? With Flica you should hardly speak to them at all in my experience the only time I do is when I check out and it usually lasts less than a minute. 1-2 upgrades in order wont produce even a ripple in a small pond. Not trying to attack you or anyone but those are some of the smallest issues I notice on a day to day basis while at work. I really have enjoyed this place and our coworkers but at some point you have to make a choice and say hey I'll ride it out or things just aren't what I want and leave. The frustrations experienced on a daily basis would still make me want to leave even with me making more money, having nice schedulers, and seeing an upgrade in sight or heck even as a captain. Everybody has their own wants and needs in life and Silver gave me a hell of an opportunity to move on to a place I really want to be at. I hope that all you guys get what you want and need out of Silver.

Listen Guys and Gals as I said before get your time and get out, be based at home or closer to it rather then the out stations that silver has. The staffing bid is BS and seniority some where else is growing by the month... Remember the barrel is increasing Dailey as well don't let it be another 2008, where I missed my shot at an airline and had to wait and had friends that were at the bottom and got furloughed, if it does spike it would be a perfect storm for the Public law and the over sight of pilot shortage to go hand in hand.
