I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here, but if things need addressing and you feel strongly about something than we have to do more than just vent to each other or on some internet forum. Take for instance the lines in your base... if you think they are not efficient or commutable etc. etc. be a part of the scheduling committee and try and make a difference.

In today's call Richard said prepare for junior manning and extension because we're under staffed but no information about how their planning on enforcing this section. +1 and yes it can get worse but they can make it soooo much better

Wow. That's a lot of time. You've got me beat by about 15 years and 3000 hours. I'm impressed.

Word. I didn't like the lines in my base, so I made recommendations for improvements and, low and behold, change happened. We now have the lines we asked for. And as a result of giving us what we asked for, the company has increased QOL and morale in my base by a fair number of percentage points. See? That wasn't too hard, was it?

I've also made the request to be on the scheduling committee, at least as a representative for my base but no word from the Union.

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
