Good morning everyone, any Silver Airways pilot out there willing to answer a quick question? If you head down to Fort Lauderdale and pass all three portions of the interview process, and you are not sent for drug testing etc, are you not going to get a job offer? Thanks to anyone who takes a few minutes to reply.

Well it's easy to get bounced out when some of those showed up with foreign PPL licenses and not having the required paperwork. The test is the number 1 killer, but some people and their logbooks/ resume did not match up either. So there has to be some particular reason for someone to get the no.

I'm with ya...
That's just not caring, and lack of details in those examples... I saw a guy at a previous airline interview in Nov. 2012 show up with a big corporate name on the resume' in his objective section... still got the job...
